Contact us at support@mascehouse.com within 7–14 days with order number and photos; we will work with the carrier to resolve and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable. - Masce House is not responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer. Contact us immediately to attempt address correction prior to shipment.
